Hypophosphotasia.

Hypophosphotasia (HPP) is a rare disease that is caused by loss-of-function mutations in the ALP gene, resulting in a deficiency of the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) enzyme. This deficiency can lead to debilitating or life-threatening consequences.

Blue Dog worked with Alexion and Virgo Health to produce a video invitation for healthcare professionals, imploring them to attend the SHAPE standalone meeting in Munich during October in 2015.
